Hotel Charleroi Airport - Van Der Valk

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable and spacious rooms at the hotel. the cleanliness was exceptional, and the bathrooms were great with both a bath and a shower. the breakfast at the hotel was one of the best I have had at a hotel, with a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel's location near the highway made it easy to get in and out, and the ample and free parking was a definite advantage.

the lack of air conditioning in some of the standard rooms was disappointing, especially during the hot summer months.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right next to the airport. It was perfect for my tight early morning flight schedule. The hotel's transportation services made it very convenient for me to get to the airport easily and on time. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with separate restrooms and bathrooms. The minibar stocked with free soft drinks and the coffee machine with capsules were nice touches. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and a chef station where I could get a customized omelette. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. Plus, the hotel's location next to a supermarket was a convenient bonus.

I spent 1 night and will be back. I loved hotel's staff and service, the place met requirements. Ate at L'amuse Bouche, it's just a short walk away from the venue.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel near the airport. The rooms were beautifully decorated and absolutely amazing. The hotel provided enhanced comfort with its spacious rooms and a variety of amenities. I was able to order a light meal and beer from the bar and have it delivered to my room, making it incredibly convenient. The TV had channels in different languages, and there was also a coffee maker with coffee in the room. Additionally, the separate toilet and bath/sinks in the room were quite handy. The hotel offered free parking, and there was a large parking lot nearby for the restaurant and hotel guests. I also found a supermarket within walking distance from the hotel, where I could purchase fresh produce, croissants, beer/wine, and other supplies. It was a great way to stock up before my drive across Belgium.

Not one thing.

We had a tight early morning flight schedule and were disappointed when the shuttle bus to the airport was late and dropped us off on the side of the airport in horrific weather. With two little kids and lots of luggage, it was quite a challenge. However, the room at Van Der Valk Hotel Charleroi Airport was incredibly comfortable and spacious, perfect for our family. The bathroom was beautiful and well-appointed. we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, despite the minor inconvenience of the shuttle bus. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and family-friendly amenities.
